Dave Parletti has continued his brilliant form by claiming the BDO Wolverhampton Open cancelling out his loss to Scott Baker on Saturday in the Classic final.
Parletti saw off Mark Layton in the final 6-3 reeling off six consecutive legs after his opponent opened up a 3-0 lead.
There was a chance in the semi-finals for an Andy Hamilton vs Wes Newton final but Parletti smashed Hamilton 5-1 before of course going on to win the title.
With three finals in succession and another title, Parletti is now edging closer to a Lakeside debut as well as potentially a Grand Slam debut so it is going to be a big few months for the Surrey postman.

- Is this the start of an attempt to say that he (Littler) is the best ever as he has won most money. Perhaps adjust all prize money earned by allowing for inflation.
