The first day of 2019 PDC European Q-School action from Halle 39 in Hildesheim is heading into the Last 16 as we get closer to finding out who will gain a first tour card of the weekend and those who will potentially be in contention.

Some well known players include Madars Razma, Darius Labanauskas and Geert De Vos are looking good so far as expected when they were announced for Q-School.
Razma averaged 97 on his way to his victory over Davyd Venken after he looks to regain his tour card which he just missed out on keeping after a brilliant end to 2018.
Labanauskas on the other hand survived a close shave just edging out Bernd Roith in a 5-4 win while De Vos hit a 78 average but still moved through against Ryan de Vreede.
Jose de Sousa, Karel Sedlacek and Mike de Decker are among the players who have had their runs ended though with De Decker in particular impressing throughout today as he lost out to Development Tour winner, Niels Zonneveld.
