James Wade has withdrawn from this weekend's European Darts Grand Prix in Sindelfingen. The reason for his absence is unknown.

The draw for the European Darts Grand Prix was done already, which means the PDC was not able to replace Wade. 'The Machine' was intended to play the winner of the match between Ryan Searle and Glen Durrant.
Searle beat 'Duzza' 6-4 in the first round and has now received a bye in the second round. This means he's straight qualified for the last 16, where he will face either Steve Beaton or Mensur Suljovic.
