Vincent Van der Voort celebrated his birthday with a win over Darren Webster where he only allowed the Demolition Man one leg.

Despite that he said afterwards that he didn’t play well but that all that mattered to him was the win. He also added that he will have to play better but that he is glad to be there. "I didn't play well but I played at little bit better than Darren," said the Dutchman. "All that mattered was getting through this match. It was difficult playing a day after winning the first match the before so I'm not really concerned about the performance - only the result. "I will have to play better in the next round but the main thing is that I will be there." for more information about the PDC World Darts Championship, including schedules and the prize fund breakdown.
