The BDO rankings have been updated after this past weekend’s Isle of Man Festival of Darts with Richard Veenstra now the World Number One.
Veenstra has taken over the top spot from fellow compatriot Wesley Harms. Since players have left to join the PDC, both have enjoyed a rich vein of form. This has included a title a piece at this past weekend’s proceedings at the Isle of Man.
As a result of this change in ranking, Michael Unterbuchner has moved down to fifth with Jim Williams moving down another place to third.
Despite it only being the start of the year, Harms and Veenstra seem to be standing out so it will now be up to the chasing pack to stop them.
