Brilliant Burnett claims Online Darts League Champions Week glory

Champions Week is complete in the Online Darts Live League with Richie Burnett crowned champion on Saturday night.

Burnett takes home £5,000 for his efforts and completed it in style with a 104 average to see off Shaun McDonald 4-1 with double 18 missed to claim it with a nine-dart leg.

He started the night by only getting through the group due to seeing off Chas Barstow 4-1. McDonald won 4-3 against the former World Champion and 4-1 against Barstow.

Martin Adams came through Group A but fell 4-1 to the Prince of Wales while McDonald saw off James Richardson 4-1 to set up a repeat of their group tie but it was Burnett who got the better of them scooping the title.
