Manley as well as reaching three World finals won the 2003 Las Vegas Desert Classic and is well known for being a true darting character including his brilliant Amarillo walk on.
He joins the likes of Phil Taylor, Martin Adams, Bob Anderson, John Lowe and Andy Fordham in the lineup as well as the decorated players with Kevin Painter, Tony O’Shea and Terry Jenkins all announced so far.
Before the tournament, three more wildcards will be given out to players who are decorated and eligible.
The two remaining places will be made available during a qualifying tournament in November 2021. More information about this tournament is not yet known.
