Adams finished on four wins from five with victories over Boris Koltsov (5-2), Mark Dudbridge (5-1), Diogo Portela (5-4) and Jose Justicia (5-2).

It wasn't a perfect day for 'Wolfie' who lost out to Jarred Cole who at that point looked to be on his way to potentially ending his dominance.

But late defeats to Jose Justicia and in the final game where he needed to win 5-3 against Diogo Portela, the reverse happened which handed proceedings to Adams. This meant it was more closer than the standings look.

Boris Koltsov is third after finishing strongly after an intermittent start while birthday boy Portela came fourth after himself finishing well with two wins after three straight defeats.
