Beau Greaves fell one arrow short of qualifying for the last sixteen at the
Grand Slam of Darts on Tuesday night. She lost 5-4 to Damon Heta after an exciting match and eventually finished third in her pool.
However, she does not leave the tournament without having impressed. She put the heat on Heta and earlier also Nathan Aspinall, respectively the number thirteen and six in the world.
Greaves did so primarily with her tremendous scoring power. Statistics from Premium Dart Data show that 'Beau 'n' Arrow' threw the most 180 scores of all participants in the group stage. No less than ten times she threw the highest possible score. Only
Gerwyn Price came close with nine 180s.
