Darts launched in honour of 25th anniversary of first world title for Raymond van Barneveld

On Jan. 11, 1998, Raymond van Barneveld managed to become world champion for the first time. On the iconic Lakeside stage, the Dutchman won 6-5 in sets from his then-rival Richie Burnett.

More than 25 years after winning his first world title, Target Darts has created a beautiful tribute to the historic achievement of Van Barneveld, who became the first Dutchman to become world champion in darts.

Barney's darts manufacturer has released a new set of darts called RVB25, referring to the 25th anniversary of Van Barneveld's first world title.

The darts are packaged in very nice packaging, with a newspaper article printed on it. The packaging features a piece about the former postman's world title. A newspaper clipping is also printed on the flights of the dart. These darts are now on the shelves at most dart stores.
