Michael Smith and Nathan Aspinall will face off in the semi-finals of Premier League Darts after seeing off Jonny Clayton and Peter Wright in Cardiff.
Smith saw off home hero Clayton who could not give the Welsh crowd something to shout about. Clayton played a mediocre match with an average of 89. Smith set an average of 100.01 and won the match 6-3 thanks to a finish percentage of 60 percent.
While Aspinall on the other hand was red hot, he blew Wright away with a 6-3 win averaging 105 to seal it.
This with seven 180's and 40% on the doubles as 'The Asp' maintains his charge and like 'Bully Boy' claim their first points of this year's tournament.
