Glen Durrant would love to use Adrian Lewis' walk on song for his own walk to the stage. 'Duzza' even goes so far that he has offered 'Jackpot' five thousand pounds to take over the song 'Papa's Got a Brand New Pigbag', also known as 'Reach Up'.
Durrant, who used the same song in his BDO days, had to look for the new song after moving to the PDC. However, the three-time Lakeside champion has not found a suitable song yet.
The 48-year-old from Middlesbrough is making his debut at the World Matchplay this weekend. The fate coincidentally
put him against Lewis in the draw. Durrant currently changed his walk on song to 'Roll With It' by Oasis, but he hopes to get rid of it.
"You try to pre-empt who you're going to play but not once did I think of playing Adie'', he told BBC Tees. ''I have played him twice on the circuit already but it's going to be pretty surreal him walking out to 'Pigbag', and a little bit difficult. That song gives me three to five per cent.''
"I've offered him five grand for that walk-on tune, that's how much it means to me. I think he looked at me wondering if I was joking but it's a serious offer because I just have not found that walk-on tune yet. I don't even like Oasis to be honest with you!''
"For me, it's a Manchester song. That's what you get management for and I think they picked the wrong one for me. I walked on to my very first walk-on song [The New Radicals - You Get What You Give] in Prague but it just did not give me that 'Pigbag' feeling.''
