Gurney and Clayton move into German Darts Championship Quarter-Finals with superb displays

Daryl Gurney and Jonny Clayton are successfully into the final session where they will face off at the German Darts Championship in Hildesheim.

This after both produced superb displays to see off Joe Cullen and Mensur Suljovic respectively.

For Gurney, he averaged 95 with four 180's and 50% on the doubles to win 6-3 against Cullen in a game marred at times by whistling and booing towards 'The Rockstar' with the fans heavily favouring 'Superchin' who was lethal on double 18 in particular.

This angered Cullen who took to Twitter posted match and called the fans 'absolute helmets' and told them to stay at home next time.

While Suljovic will also be going home after a 6-4 defeat to Clayton who himself performed superbly with a 98 average, four 180's and a high checkout of 138.
