Damon Heta, the current Brisbane Darts Masters champion has secured a PDC World Championship debut after cementing himself at the top of the DPA Order of Merit.

Heta reached the final of the 27th event to make sure he has an unassailable lead ahead of James Bailey, with three further events in Canberra set to take place.

'The Heat' was denied by Robbie King who came from 2-0 down to win 6-3 and as a result, he secures a third title of the year.

It continues a remarkable year for him after the aforementioned World Series event win and now he will be one player that the seeds will want to avoid in the World Championship line-up.
