Kim Huybrechts was heavily disappointed after missing out on a Quarter-Final spot at the World Championship. The Hurricane was beaten by Luke Humphries in the fourth round.
''I'm a thousand times better than Luke Humphries. I have not showed that and I cannot lose matches like this anymore'', Huybrechts told the Dutch press.
The Belgian ace then described his loss as a humiliation. ''You have the easiest draw of the entire World Championship and you do nothing with it. That gives a frustrating feeling. If you have this player in the last 16... Luke is not a top player, then you need to beat him. If you don't do that, you are not a top player yourself. When you play your normal level, then you win the match. Now I embarrass myself.''
Huybrechts had to deal with a lot of nerves during the game. Also the run-up to the World Championship played a part. ''It's mainly stress. I reach the last 16 at the World Championship after two bad years. Then you want to make it up. If I had had two reasonable years, I would have won this match 4-0. I'm 100 percent sure of that.''
