Dimitri Van den Bergh has been consistently throwing with a huge smile on his face in recent months. Fellow countryman and fellow professional darts player Kim Huybrechts, however, is not a fan of that.
Van den Bergh thus wants to show that he has found the joy in darts again. But Huybrechts doesn't like it.
"I used to test things like that too. I tried to cheer a bit more often, but then got comments on that. In the end, you just have to stay yourself," Huybrechts told VTM 2.
"That smile from Dimitri, it's just not my style, not my thing. Be serious and focused. I wouldn't do it and advise Dimitri to stop. Because it comes across a bit forced now. And that's never good, of course," said 'The Hurricane'.
