Losper secures PDC World Darts Championship return with African Qualifier win

Charles Losper will return to the PDC World Darts Championship later this year after winning through the African Qualifier on Sunday.

The 52-year-old also known as 'The Sensation' played at the 2008 and 2009 editions of the tournament losing to John Part and Colin Osborne respectively.

Before that, he also played at the Grand Slam of Darts in 2007. He has kept playing since then and will now return to Ally Pally after seeing off World Cup star, Carl Gabriel in the final.

It was a qualifier which included players from South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana with top names such as Cameron Carolissen, Nolan Arendse, Charl Pietersen, Graham Filby and Masande Mgedeza also involved.
