Muramatsu wins final tournament of opening weekend on PDC Asian Tour

The third tournament of the 2023 PDC Asian Tour was won on Sunday by Haruki Muramatsu, who won an Asian Tour tournament for the first time since 2019.

The Japanese had reached the final after wins over Ryuta Arihara (4-3), Motomu Sakai (4-1) and Alexis Toylo (5-1), among others.

Muramatsu was then too strong in the final 5-4 against Lourence Ilagan, who managed to reach the final match at all three tournaments this weekend. However, those three finals produced only one title for Ilagan, who does lead the Asian Tour Order of Merit rankings.
