Portela set for fifth successive PDC World Darts Championship appearance after Central and South America Qualifier win

Diogo Portela will play in his fifth successive PDC World Darts Championship after sealing qualification through the Central and South American Qualifier once more.

Portela lost just two legs in six matches throughout the qualifier both in the final against Diego Orozco of Costa Rica 6-2.

He also whitewashed Guillermo Soto, Carlos Cubero, Alvaro Perez, Cristian Sandi and William Rojas.

Now he will return to the Alexandra Palace after a dominant run showing himself as the best player from that region once more.
