Gerwyn Price was seemingly on his way to victory against Rob Cross on the opening night of the Premier League in Aberdeen but ended up with a draw.
Price said that from his perspective it was frustrating and sums up his Premier League form. As well as that from his perspective, he has to be converting his chances to be up in the higher echelons of the table.
"It's very disappointing. I was 4-2 up I thought I dominated that game early on but I missed loads and loads of doubles and that's the story of my life really. I snuck a point in the end but I've got to stop bombing these points," said Price to
LiveDarts.
"I'm scoring really really well and then I'd have one or two bad legs but it's just those doubles, I'm having three clear darts to win legs and I'm just bombing them. If you want to win this event or reach the top four to get to the O2, those are the chances you've got to take."
"I had loads of draws last year and they came back and bit me. First game a draw but it should have been a win I think."
