The relationship between Gary Anderson and Gerwyn Price has deteriorated due to the now infamous 2018 Grand Slam of Darts final between the pair.

Anderson was left annoyed at Price's usual celebrating on stage and when he got too close, 'The Flying Scotsman' pushed him. The case was brought before the DRA and The Iceman was fined over £10,000 for the incident and also became the subject of constant booing from the crowd for sometime.
"But he's gone from favourite to worst opponent!" joked the World Number Three during a live stream with MDA Promotions.
Eighteen months after the incident in question, the two players say hello to each other Price revealed but that is about the extent of their relationship off the oche.
“It is okay between us and we say 'hello' to each other, but that's it. It is what it is.
“I don't hate him, It just sometimes bothers me how he is on stage versus how I am. I am who I am. Everyone plays their own game. Some are slower than others. It's all about how you deal with that."
