The final is partly set at the
New Zealand Darts Masters with
Gerwyn Price set to face either Jonny Clayton or Michael Smith later this morning.
This after a remarkable turnaround to see off Dimitri van den Bergh 7-4 in a superb victory as ‘The Iceman’ searches for his first World Series title.
He reeled off six out of the last seven legs to do so. Van den Bergh held a 3-1 lead, but then Price managed to throw four 15-darters in a row to lead 5-3.
A 12-darter made it 6-3, before Van den Bergh added one more leg to his total with a 14-darter. Price then finished the match on double 12.
