Krzysztof Ratajski claimed a fourth PDC title at Players Championship 17 smashing Nathan Aspinall in a brilliant 8-3 win to conclude an excellent tournament from the Polish Eagle.
Ratajski who won three titles last year despite not being a PDC Tour Card holder and has now added his first as a full-time member of the tour. He spoke in the aftermath of his victory and said that he feels really good.
Also he added that he feels like he's been unlucky this year and that despite him playing great, his opponents play better. With the World Matchplay very much on the horizon, the former World Master said that if he plays how he did in Wigan; he believes he can win the whole tournament.
"I feel really good about this win, I am very satisfied with how I played," said Ratajski.
"Every match I played I averaged around 100 or more, but even with that sometimes it was very difficult and I won some close games.
"I think I have been a little unlucky this year even though I played really well. Even when I play super my opponents sometimes play better.
"Of course, I believe I am able to win the World Matchplay if I play on a high level like I did today."
