The 30th edition of the PDC World Darts Championship provided as many as 901 180-scores, a new tournament record. The record was broken during the final.
The old record stood at 880, dating back to the 2019 World Darts Championship. In the fourth set of the final between Michael Smith and Michael van Gerwen, that number was surpassed.
Smith and Van Gerwen managed to throw a huge amount of 180's once surpassing it, eventually stopping the counter at 901.
