Russ Bray predicts referee team to be expanded: ''They want referees from all over the world''

Russ Bray's iconic voice is etched in the memory of many darts fans. Bray is one of the referees at the PDC. German broadcaster DAZN had an interview with 'The Voice of Darts'.

Bray explained that he enjoys visiting Germany to serve as a referee at tournaments there. ''The German public are passionate people. You see that, you feel that and you noticed that at Alexandra Palace at the World Darts Championship. When Florian Hempel, Max Hopp or Gabriel Clemens play, they have the support of the German fans. And that's what it's all about."

Also, Bray hopes to get German colleagues soon. "We want referees from all over the world. And especially in Germany. Darts is so big in Germany. We want referees from countries like that. That would certainly be nice for all Germans to have someone from their country like that."
