The time has come for this years Premier League Darts to conclude with the darting roadshow set to finally visit Berlin later than previously planned due to COVID.
This has meant that Monday night has taken centre stage ahead of Thursday with a packed week of darting action including the World Cup of Darts meaning that the PDC had to play it at the start of the week.
But who will take home the trophy this year with four players left in the reckoning and two ties that fans are very used to seeing by now.
Those being Michael van Gerwen facing James Wade. A back and forth rivalry, it was Wade who holds the latest win ironically only 48 hours ago in Copenhagen albeit with Van Gerwen having his eyes fully set on Monday night and ahead of his surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, MVG will hope to leave Germany with a title enough he owns multiple times but not in recent years and he will be desperate to reclaim it.
While Wade will look to use his win over the weekend as fuel to down MVG and continue his title less run on TV so far this season.
Both players being involved in Denmark could yet play into the hands though of Jonny Clayton and Joe Cullen - the other semi-finalists with the former being the league winner and defending champion.
Imperious at times this season Clayton has been but in facing Cullen, he is taking on a player who has really impressed in his debut season and will look to emulate The Ferret by going all the way. Who walks out of Berlin the champion?
