While being a non-ranked tournament, the darting roadshow that is the
Premier League Darts offers a huge financial incentive as well as being one of the biggest tournaments on the PDC Calendar.
There will also be an increase in
prize money for the 2022 edition with an increase from £855,000 to £1m overall.
This accounts for £275,000 for the overall winner up from £250,000. As well as increases for runner-up at £125,000, semi-finalists claim £85,000.
While for finishing fifth, sixth and seventh in the league - it goes from £75,000 down in £5,000 increments to £65,000. The bottom placed player gets £60,000.
While this year, it will be split into mini tournaments with 16 lots of £10,000 up for grabs similar to what players on the ProTour battle for.
