Schedule quarter-finals Poland Darts Masters 2024 including Michael van Gerwen, Luke Littler and Luke Humphries

Eight players are still in the race for the title at the Poland Darts Masters 2024 in Gliwice. Of the eight PDC stars in Poland, seven managed to get past the first round. Only Nathan Aspinall stumbled against one of the top Eastern European players.

Boris Krcmar managed to surprise Aspinall. The Croatian turned a 3-2 deficit into a 6-4 victory, earning him a clash with defending champion Michael van Gerwen on Saturday night. The 35-year-old from Vlijmen won easily 6-4 over Karel Sedlacek on Friday night. This is the fourth quarterfinal of the evening. The first quarterfinal is between Luke Littler and Peter Wright. The latter needed an average of 81.98 to beat Jacek Krupka 6-0. Littler prevailed 6-4 against Adam Gawlas. It will be the fourth time this season that 'The Nuke' and 'Snakebite' have faced each other. Littler won all three previous confrontations.

Next, Luke Humphries and Michael Smith take to the stage at the PreZero Arena. Humphries dominated Gyorgy Jehirszki 6-1 in the first round, and Michael Smith recorded a difficult 6-4 win over Radek Szaganski. The two Englishmen have met eighteen times in the past. In the head-to-head, Humphries leads 10-8.

The third match of the evening is also an English affair. That one is between Stephen Bunting and Rob Cross, after they were too strong in the first round for Krzysztof Ratajski (6-1) and Sebastian Bialecki (6-1) respectively. The balance between them offers little hope in advance for Bunting, as it is 11-3 in Cross' favor.

So in the fourth quarterfinal, it will be Van Gerwen and Krcmar who will determine who will be the final semifinalist at the Poland Darts Masters. Later on Saturday night, the semifinals and finals will be played.
