Schlichting satisfied with progression at Q-School: "Not far off top-128''

David Schlichting was one of the German players who made it to the final stage of the Q-School. During the final stage, he played no part in the battle for Tour Cards.

The German eventually finished in 48th place on the European Q-School Order of Merit. Nevertheless, Schlichting looked back on his participation in the Q-School with satisfaction.

''Still finished in the top-50 of the Q-School. Perhaps I do not yet have the level I need to reach for the Pro Tour, but I am not far from the top-128,'' he wrote.

This season, he hopes to develop himself further, including on the PDC Challenge Tour. ''I am going to play everything the PDC allows me to participate in. This will be a good year.''
