"She used to colour her hair all the time": Peter Wright was inspired by daughter for signature hair style

Peter Wright is probably the most colorful figure in the darts world, at least when it comes to his outfit.

Wright invariably comes on stage dressed in a colorful outfit and with his hair dyed. "My daughter because at the time, she used to colour her hair all the time and I thought that'd be different," he says. "So I thought I'd try it in the darts. Ended up liking it and it gave me confidence."

As colorful as Wright is with his outfit, when it comes to checkouts, he is much less fussy. "The one to win me the match of course," he laughs. "120 because every single professional should be able to get the 120 finish."

Wright, at 54 has had a long and illustrious career. But what is his best moment, one in particular stands out. "It's got to be winning the World Championship."
