Singapore and USA are the latest countries through to the second round of the 2021
World Cup of Darts after contrasting victories during the first round.
The pairing of Paul and Harith Lim came from 4-2 down to snatch a deciding leg win over Gibraltar's young pairing of Sean Negrette and Justin Hewitt.
The former did so with a superb 116 checkout and this will potentially set up a big tie with Netherlands' pairing of Dirk van Duijvenbode and Michael van Gerwen who are in action later.
While USA secured a dominant win over Sweden with the continued pairing of Danny Lauby and Chuck Puleo performing well averaging 91 with three 180's and 5/13 on the doubles confirmed to only 1/4 from Sweden who didn't impress with their pairing of Johan Engstrom and Daniel Larsson.
