VIDEO: Then vs Now - The incredible evolution of top players such as Luke Humphries, Stephen Bunting and James Wade

Luke Humphries is currently the world number one in the PDC Order of Merit. The 29-year-old Englishman owes his success, he says, to a strict diet and when you look at pictures from a few years ago, he has changed almost beyond recognition. But other players have also undergone a real transformation as shown here!

Humphries made the switch to a healthier life during the covid pandemic because he regularly suffered from fatigue and anxiety attacks on stage. In a video from the Instagram account Dartobia , we can clearly see once again how much Humphries has changed in recent years.

In the same clip, we also see a young James Wade on the oche of the Lakeside at the BDO World Championship in the early 2000s. As you would expect, he too has changed tremendously over the years.
