Dimitri van den Bergh was close to a nine-dart finish on the Grand Slam of Darts again on Wednesday. The Belgian missed the double 12 for a perfect leg in his group match against Wayne Warren.
Earlier this week, Van den Bergh also missed the double 12 for a nine-darter in his match against Ricky Evans. The two-time world youth champion remained unbeaten in his group and defeated Warren 5-1 to take the group victory.
The Dreammaker is still the last player to throw a perfect leg at the Grand Slam of Darts. He managed to do this during the 2018 edition.
