At the 23rd
Players Championship of the year,
Callan Rydz went down immediately in the opening round.
Rydz lost his opening match 6-1 to Dylan Slevin. At a 4-1 lead in Slevin's favor, however, something remarkable happened. When Rydz removed his darts from the board, one point broke off.
Slevin then brought the score to 5-1. However, Rydz did not have a spare dart with him and had to throw the last leg of the match with two darts, yet he still almost won the leg.
