Steve West will be involved in the first two European Tour events in Hasselt and Sindelfingen after securing double qualification on Friday.
West also completed a near perfect day hitting a nine-dart finish; during the second qualifier to make it six perfect legs for the year.
'Simply' completed the feat during his 6-2 victory over Benito van de Pas; in the deciding game to qualify.
"Only taken me 8 years and hundreds of missed double 12's but today I finally hit the big 9 on tour," said West on Facebook in the aftermath.
