Peter Wright has one of the most famous walk-ons in darts and in a Story of the Walk-On piece with Sky Sports, he explained the reasoning for certain aspects of the walk-on.

This includes the music which Don't Stop The Party by Pitbull and he said that it is a balancing act when it comes to the music in terms of something that will be different and what he likes.

"Obviously I've had quite a few walk-on tunes. I choose a walk on tune that actually means something to me or I think we can get a crowd involved. I listen to the radio during the day when I practice then you put yourself in that position, imagine myself walking onto that tune and whether it will be good or not," said Wright to Sky Sports.

In terms of the dance, he explained the reasoning behind that: "I was in one of the European Tours in Germany, I just went up on stage for some reason because the crowd were amazing and I went I'm just going to jump across the stage and I did and now it's stuck."
