GRANDPRIX RD1 KING6

The Quarter-Final line up is complete with Mervyn King and James Wade the final two players who are through to the final session at the European Darts Open 2018. For 'The King' he made it through with a win over Mensur Suljovic in which he battled through the pain barrier to come through.

Wade on the other hand who will face him averaged 105 in a polished performance from the former European Tour winner and multiple major winner against Michael Smith who averaged 106.
'The Machine' is seemingly close to being back to his best off the evidence of this weekend and if King's back issues carry on, it could be a procession for Wade.
