Robert Thornton became back-to-back winner of the World Seniors Darts Championship this past weekend but afterwards made an interesting statement.
Beating Richie Howson 5-2 in the final at the Circus Tavern, he was asked who should clean the trophy he said.
"It's your wife that's got to clean it. I don't care, I win them she's got to clean them," he joked.
