Daryl Gurney was clinical in seeing off Rob Cross in the penultimate match of the night at the Premier League in Glasgow.

Durrant averages just shy of 100 but could only claim three legs against ‘Superchin’ as he proved too much. It was seven out of nine on the doubles with a 100 average in the end. 'Duzza' kicked off the match with a 180 but Gurney’s clinical doubling began with double 16 to take the first leg on throw. He was up against it further as he went 3-0 up leaving Duzza in the dust. The Teesside ace finally claimed a leg with both players averaging around the 100 mark. Despite that though, Gurney blasted in a second 121 checkout and then went 6-1 up to assure himself of a point. Durrant closed the gap to 6-3 and the Northern Irishman got over the line to claim the points. for more information about the Premier League Darts, including all the fixtures and the prize fund breakdown.
