‘Miracle’ said that it didn’t sink in till she returned to Japan and that it was a dream come true to get the reaction she got. "It really didn't sink in until I got back to Japan," said Suzuki. "There were fans waiting for me at the airport holding a banner. That's when it first hit me, the scale of what I had achieved -- it was a dream come true," she added. "Being called world champion is special but I don't want to stop at one world title, I want to win many more." Suzuki ended the interview by saying that she hopes she can now inspire more women in Japan to take the sport up. "Darts has a much cooler image now. I would like to be able to inspire other women in Japan to take it up. I'm sure we will see more female players from Asia in the future."
