A few days after his defeat at the World Series of Darts Finals, Raymond van Barneveld is looking back with a good feeling on this tournament. Of course 'Barney' was still disappointed with his 11-2 loss to James Wade in the semi-finals.
Van Barneveld reached the last four after defeating his compatriot Michael van Gerwen in the quarter-finals of the World Series of Darts Finals. ''I've recovered a bit from the World Series of Darts Finals.'' ''After my sensational victory against Van Gerwen, Wade was too much for me in the semi-finals'', said the 51-year-old Dutchman on his Facebook. The five-time world champion also looked back on his match against Van Gerwen. ''What a game that was. I felt the tension everywhere. This are the matches where we are all playing for.'' ''I have proved I can still beat everyone and I'm still one of the best players in the world'', Van Barneveld added.
