Michael van Gerwen and Raymond van Barneveld are set to face off in the final of the Auckland Darts Masters after brilliant displays against Peter Wright and Simon Whitlock respectively.

Van Barneveld started it off against Whitlock hitting a 102.8 average, 21 140s and four ton-plus checkouts on his way to victory. The five-time World Champion admitted after his quarter-final win that his set up is brilliant and that showed in this game.
Van Gerwen on the other hand continued where he left off with a demolition of Peter Wright. It was 10-3 to the World Number One who will be hoping to bounce back after recent disappointing results.
A 102.7 average, 50% on the doubles and high checkouts of 170 and 164 showed that Mighty Mike is a force to be reckoned with in this all-Dutch final and is on course for a first World Series title of the year.
