The remainder of the 2020/21
PDC World Darts Championship will be played behind closed doors at the Alexandra Palace in London.
The showpiece event had began with fans on December 15 for only one night before London was plunged into Tier 3 restrictions by the UK government.
This meant that play had to resume behind closed doors with the hope that the tier would potentially be changed after the Christmas break.
But with Tier 4 restrictions now in place meaning a Stay at Home order due to a new variant of COVID-19, the remainder of the tournament will be staged behind closed doors.
For those who have purchased tickets for the remaining sessions, a full refund will be received on SeeTickets, the PDC's ticketing partner.
