Aspinall spoke afterwards and said that he is really glad to make it through to the
PDC Home Tour final and that his aim was to produce some good darts to challenge his opponents in the group and he did just that.
"It means a lot," said Aspinall. "I wanted to get through to the finals night and I'm very happy.
"Every game I've played tonight, the other players were brilliant. Tonight I wanted to play well and I produced good stuff."
While for Clayton, he is aiming for glory but knows how tough the task is going to be to deliver and become the first PDC Home Tour champion.
"I'm chuffed to bits," said Clayton in the aftermath of winning through.
"Let's see what happens tomorrow night now. It's going to be a tough night on Friday, they are great players in there and it's going to be a hard job for me - but hopefully I can top the group again."
