James Bailey and
Haupai Puha have confirmed their PDC World Championship spots after the DPA and DPNZ seasons were finalised.
Bailey was third on the DPA rankings behind Gordon Mathers and Damon Heta, who will both compete at the World Championship. The Oceanic Masters which was due to be played to finalise the DPA spot but due to COVID-19 restrictions, 'The Bull' claims the place.
"This would have been the 21st anniversary of the Oceanic Masters and it is with great sadness that we are unable to stage the event in 2020.
"We know that James will do us proud in the World Championship and wish him the best of luck alongside his fellow Australians competing on the biggest stage in darts. You'll have the whole of Australia behind you."
Also, Haupai Puha will make his World Championship debut after finishing top of the DPNZ Order of Merit and with no qualifier able to be held as usual, 'Hopes' has qualified.
