Beau Greaves wins PDC Women's Series Order of Merit; Fallon Sherrock and Mikuru Suzuki share in prizes

Beau Greaves has become by far the top player on the PDC Women's Series Order of Merit this season. 'Beau 'n' Arrow' managed to amass a total of 29,400 pounds in 24 tournaments.

That is almost as many as the numbers two and three combined. The 19-year-old Englishwoman was especially supreme in the summer months with seven titles in the months of June and July. In total, Greaves managed to win 12 out of 24 tournaments. Her dominance waned slightly in the fall, as she won only one of the last eight tournaments.

The best woman of the run-in was Fallon Sherrock, who managed four of her five tournament victories in the final few events. With 17,200 pounds, the "Queen of the Palace" finished in second place. Mikuru Suzuki was third on the Women's Series Order of Merit with 13,600 pounds thanks to three titles.

The top three players will walk away with the prizes that had been made available for the women's circuit. As the winner of the Women's World Matchplay, Greaves had qualified for the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship. However, Greaves opted not to participate in the PDC World Darts Championship because she prefers to play the Women's World Championship at Lakeside.

Greaves will, however, be seen at the Grand Slam of Darts in November. The same goes for Sherrock, who, as number two on the Women's Series Order of Merit, may also participate in the major tournament in Wolverhampton. Sherrock and Suzuki will represent women's darts at the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace in December.

The top eight on the Women's Series Order of Merit may enter the 2024 Q-School free of charge, where Tour Cards for the PDC Pro Tour circuit can be earned. In addition to Greaves, Sherrock and Suzuki, Rhian O'Sullivan, Lisa Ashton, Robyn Byrne, Aileen de Graaf and Noa-Lynn van Leuven may also compete at the Q-School.
