Stephen Bunting had a brilliant run at the 2021 PDC World Darts Championship reaching the semi-finals and during that run, a video of him singing Gold by Spandau Ballet on the European Tour resurfaced.
This was back at the Dutch Darts Masters five years ago when it was held in Venray and he didn't rule out dusting off his microphone once more and giving the crowd another rendition in 2021.
"You never know. I totally forgot about that video to be fair. There was 5,000 fans in the venue that day and that was an incredible feeling. I'd done a karaoke somewhere and they had Tony Hadley (from Spandau Ballet) sign a calendar for me and then I had to sing in front of 5,000 people, everyone joined in which made it easier. They are moments I'll never forget," said Bunting to the Weekly Dartscast.
"I'm just a normal lad, I've always said no matter what I do in darts, I'll still be normal. If you see me in a supermarket or a shop or anywhere, come and speak to me. I'm a normal guy and I pride myself on being a normal person."
