An aspect of Dimitri van den Bergh's darting persona is his dance moves on stage which in some cases get the crowd going but after Thursday night's Premier League Darts saw some fans threatening to turn off.
Van den Bergh was one of the wildcard picks alongside the top four and was one of the main names to be criticised with fans feeling 'The Dreammaker' was only there due to his dancing.
He did justify his selection slightly with an opening win against Jonny Clayton however there was some booing for the Belgian as he entered the stage.
This went onto Twitter with fans showing their dismay. "Should put a ban on this clown from dancing when he walks on.” Another said: “The dancing is the only reason he’s in the PL.”
Another fan commented: “This is gonna get very annoying, very fast. Not sure my stomach could take this every Thursday.”
As well as referencing to Peter Wright who also dances on his walk-on. “Now we’ve got two wallys dancing every week.”
