Teenage sensation
Luke Littler retained his
JDC Super 16 title this past weekend seeing off Thomas Banks 5-3 in the final in Milton Keynes. This after he turned 16 and immediately sealed his spot in the
UK Open.
Littler was literally a matter of days away from being able to play Q-School but will still be able to play Development Tour as he looks to take his prowess from the WDF and JDC Tours to the main tour.
"There was 83, 84 people there which is always great. I know it's going to be tough. There was Challenge Tour on so there was a few big names and there was a few who I don't know. But I was playing well all day and I got over the line and I'm off to Minehead," said Littler to Online Darts.
"I'm looking forward to it, it's going to be more experience for myself. It'll be my first TV major without a Tour Card or anything so I'm just going to be looking forward to it."
