Luke Littler is proving quite consistent this season in throwing legs in 12 darts or even less. In fact, of all Premier League players, the 17-year-old teenage sensation has had more success at this than anyone.
Statistics platform Darts Orakel looked at the last 100 legs of Premier League players on television and added up how often they finished a leg in 12 arrows or less.
Littler managed to throw a 9-, 10-, 11- or 12-darter 16 times in the last 100 legs. That's four more than Luke Humphries and five more than Michael van Gerwen, who did so 11 times.
Looking further down the list, Gerwyn Price stands at eight legs of twelve darts or less, followed by Michael Smith (7), Rob Cross (5) and Nathan Aspinall (4). Of particular note is that Peter Wright did not manage to finish a single leg in twelve arrows or less in the last 100 legs on television.
